Can I order online?
Yes, we encourage it (see next question). Our new website is the easiest, and most powerful way to place your order. You will need an online account in order to do so. If you are an existing Cardi customer, visit our Request a New Login page. If you are not a current Cardi customer, please visit our Open a New Account page.

Are there any advantages to ordering online vs phone/fax?
All web orders are given a 5% discount on our entire inventory. This discount does not apply to phone or fax orders. In addition to the web discount, you are able to see live inventory stock numbers on all items, view Real-Time UPS tracking of your orders, view/print/pay your invoices online, and take advantage of many other powerful utilities available to our web users with the click of a mouse.

What Payment Methods do you accept when ordering online?
To order online and take advantage of our 5% discount, a valid credit card must be used to complete your purchase. To order with us using COD, Money Orders or Checks, please call us toll-free at 1.888.467.0004.

Is it safe and secure to submit my credit card and personal information online?
Absolutely, we do incorporate SSL (Secured Socket Layer) Technology. This encrypts your information and prevents others from being able to see your information.

Do I have to re-enter my credit each time I place an order online?
Upon your first online order with us, you will be given the option to save your information as a "Payment Profile", in which you can use for future orders to save time. Of course, you can update or delete your Payment Profile at any time in the "Manage Payment Profiles" section of Member Services. You can also have multiple Payment Profiles to choose from during Order Checkout.

Will I receive a receipt after placing my order?

Certainly, after filling out your online order, you will receive a detailed invoice receipt that you may either save or print out for your own records. You will also automatically receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Can I track my order?

What about sales tax?

Since we are a wholesale company, there will be no sales tax on orders placed with us.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), business checks, or money orders.

I have a credit card from another country. Can I use it to place an order even though it does not have a United States billing address?
No. For all orders, we implement "Address Verification" which confirms customers' billing addresses. Our current system will only verify United States billing addresses.
