Get The Returns Form

CARDI International will accept returns within 21 days of purchase as long as the item is not worn or altered for refund or exchange.

Shipping charges are not refundable.


To Process a Return (Non-Tailored Items Only)
  • 1. Print and fill out the Returns Form.
  • 2. IMPORTANT: When filling out the Returns Form, be sure to include the Order # (begins with 'CFD' or 'CI') for each returned item. This allows us to issue your refund properly.
  • 3. Enclose the Returns Form along with the merchandise and copy of the original packing slip in a secure package.
  • 4. Return through any insured shipper and send to the following address:

  • • Return postage is not paid, customer is responsible for postage.

    • Please allow 30 days for us to receive your return and process your request.
  • • 15% Restocking Fee On All Returns
