Coronavirus COVID-19


In accordance with local policies and out of an abundance of caution, we will temporarily close our office & showrooms until further notice to help eliminate the spread of COVID-19.

On a positive note, our online site is still available to accept orders and incoming inquiries. Under normal circumstances, we would ship out orders same day if placed before 5pm EST. However, due to the COVID-19 issue and reduced staff for safety reasons, please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to process and ship.
If you have any questions in general, please submit your inquiries using our contact form here. We will then respond to your request within 24 hours.

Regarding returns, we are still accepting returns per our normal returns policy. However, due to our limited staff, we ask that you give us up to 3 weeks to process any returns after your return arrives in our warehouse.
On behalf of everyone at CARDI, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19 – this includes not only those diagnosed with the virus, but also their friends and family, those whose jobs and schools have been impacted and so many more. Our focus is on the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities.
There is no question that this is a time of great uncertainty. While we do not know exactly what the future may hold, we feel confident that by sticking together and supporting each other, we will emerge from this stronger than before.
